Online Client Request Management System
In this project, we:

• Handled various small scope and large scope projects for McLeodUSA organization.
• Designed applications according to SDLC standards.
• Loaded SWB CD’s and run exceptions.
• SWB invoices are received on CD’s using a product called Bill Plus. The desired state of this project is to process these invoices through exception reports.
• Worked on various trouble tickets and solved them.
• Worked on atomic function project, which is developed using AS/400, RPG/400 and ILE RPG, which replaced stored procedures for better performance.
• Did data base modeling and used DB2/400 as a backend.
• Used TURNOVER for project management.
