Project Details:

Technical Services tool was designed to maintain the Hardware, Software, Contact, Password, Document lists, On call Schedule, Personnel calendar, System Status, Uptime & Downtime and Problem Reporting and Resolution. It allowed updates to the database by authenticated admin Users through input screens. The website was developed in the ColdFusion 4.5 environment using CFML, HTML and JavaScript. We used Oracle 8.0 as the database and hosted the application on IIS 4.0.
