Tariff Transfer System

This system, which we designed and developed, is an application to allow users transfer roaming call information between networks using Inter Operating Tariffing (IOT) regulations. Here, we:

• Wrote programs using C++ and C to convert TAP 1 format files to TAP 3 format and vice-versa.
• Wrote C file and directory handling programs for file manipulations.
• Used Digital Command Language (DCL) script under VMS environment for compiling and testing the application.
• Used SmartTerm Essential 7.0 for connectivity to VMS server.
