Systems America, Inc. develops Intranet and Internet applications. For this client, we:

• Developed a prototype model for the web-based services. The client sends the request for a service like applying for credit card or hotel reservation or air ticket through e-mail or fax.
• Developed the programs to parse the e-mail message or fax message.
• Processed the client request after passing the proper queries to Query Service Engine (QSE). The QSE returns the request service code or confirmation codes or any reasons for not serving the request.
• Interacted with client to prepare specification document.
• Used Messaging Application Program Interface (MAPI) in VC++5.0 for E-Mail parsing, request processing and replying to processed services.
