In this project, we:

• Designed and developed an application to enhance existing system in accordance to Change Requests (CR).
• Wrote interface logic using C and C++.
• Linked application using 256 Kbps line.
• Provided support by fixing bugs and attending calls.
• Designed CR to provide and modify services.
• Developed framework and forwarded to onsite team for review.
• Performed CR logging and tracking until closure in DDTS.
• Used IPMS to implement CMM and ISO procedures.
• Used ClearCase tool to configure source code on real time updates across development sites.
• Used Automatic Service Activation Program (ASAP) to activate service based on request from front-end system.
• Used ASAP state tables for developing network element translations.
• Used Netscape as an interactive tool to perform file loading.
• Used Sybase 11.0.1 as backend database.
• Hosted application on HP-UX server.
