The Performance Management System enables you to manage employee
profiles and assess performances. As part of Performance Management,
the system allows you to access the current job plan, perform
a self assessment, do a performance review, specify training
& development needs, assign new job plans, and put down
remarks. Further, line managers can appraise their team members
and review appraisals. The system also allows an employee
the flexibility to accept or submit the appriasal for reconsideration.
