Mr Dalip Kumar, did his Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA. Earlier, he had graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He has over 20 years of work experience, all of it in IT. He has worked on large projects in implementing paperless offices, office automation and workflow management for clients in government, banking, infrastructure and private sector. He has been working on web-based projects and ERP centric projects for last 10 years. His expertise area now is to build e-businesses and implement e-services. He has strong project management, design and implementation skills. He has set technology competency goals for FCS and has moved FCS from low value-chain tasks to high value chain in IT industry. Now the business focus for FCS has been aligned with core competency in Internet and web applications. His task now is to build FCS into a professionally managed, technology driven company.

Mr Krishan Kant, is an engineering graduate from REC, Kurukshetra. He has over 20 years of experience in varied capacities. Prior to joining FCS, he had worked with DCM Data Products Ltd and Modi Olivetti Ltd. At FCS he is responsible for operations, technology, MIS applications and day-to-day management issues.

Mr Rajeev Ranjan is BTech (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) from REC Warangal. He has 10 Years of experience encompassing business development, sales, consulting, recruitment and BPM. He is certified SAP professional in Sales and Distribution from SAP-AG and has expertise in Process Management. He is MBA in Systems and Marketing. Prior to FCS he has worked with Conexant Worldwide (formerly Rockwell Semiconductor Systems) for Chipset business development in SAARC countries. He is Cisco Certified Sales Professional and level 1 PMP from PMI, USA. His current responsibilities include recruitment, training, and new programs.

Mr Vineet Narang has done his MBA in Systems and Finance from TA Pai Institute of Management and brings with him over 10 years of experience in Business strategy, technical architecture and business workflow development. Mr Narang heads the Offshore Software Development at FCS. All 3 units – IT Consulting, Product Engineering and E-learning report to him.

He has strong experience in project management and international business development in the IT industry. He has worked in senior capacities with Brand Quiver.com and The Indian Express. He has handled large Internet and Business-process based projects for clients like Ministry of Commerce, Canon, Singer, Toyo Keizai, Inc, Japan, Mckinsey and Bristol Myers.

He has spent a long time in the US to understand and grow the offshore business for FCS. He has been instrumental in building large relationships with customers like Mckinsey, Ricoh, Best Buy, Gillette, John Deere and Canon.

Ms. Sabina Rahman is a Fine Arts Graduate from AMU – Aligarh with a PGD in Commercial Art. She has worked in various senior capacities as Multimedia Designer, Visualizer, Designer and Artist. She brings with her over 12 years of experience in Internet Application Development, Information Architecture, and Usability Engineering. Ms Rahman heads the E-learning and Digital Consulting Division at FCS and is instrumental in setting standards and processes that make us deliver the best products for our US customers.

Mr Govind Sahu is Manager – Networking. He is BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He has 10 years of expertise in network administration, voice and system administration and complete IT site management. He is responsible for all voice, data, power system and infrastructure with a team of network engineers working 24X7X365. He is also responsible for managing leased lines, links with IPLC and E1 links for voice communication. He has configured Internet bandwidth for Voice over IP (VoIP) and for data packet switching. He is currently managing 500 workstations with 100 mbps LAN.

Mr Harinder Singh is a former journalist, creative advertising professional, novelist and poet. He has around 12 years of experience in various capacities with (among others) such prestigious names as The Pioneer, Financial Express, The Indian Express Group (BPD). Mr Singh has written two very successful columns, Vinkoo’s Mohali Musings (The Tribune, Chandigarh), a humor column (1990-92); and Telebiz (Financial Express), probably the only-of-its-kind weekly series to review business-related current affairs programs telecast on Indian television (between 1994 and 1996). He, later, launched (with angel investment) a unique vertical portal (vortal) that focused on funky greetings. Mr Singh has given lectures (in his capacity as industry expert) at Food Craft Institute, Chandigarh, and Government College of Art, Chandigarh.

At FCS, Mr Singh is responsible for (besides the routine corporate communication activities) engendering and sustaining a fun workplace and training.
