In order to achieve his long-term goal of being the ‘One –Stop-Shop’ for his customers, he has geared his company’s marketing efforts to meet international challenges. The instigating punch line behind all this is “Only knowledge matters, everything else comes along’’.

He completed his Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA, and had graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

An experienced educationist with decades of experience in managing and teaching students. She is an avid reader and provides valuable insights in deciding various strategies for the Company. She has a focused and assertive approach towards her work and she is creative in thought and presentation.

She is a qualified Bachelor in Education and also has completed her Masters of Arts in the subjects of Political Science and History.

Has 25 years of experience in IT Industry and is currently employed with Purearth Infrastructure Ltd at director level. He has in - depth knowledge of IT industry and brings his large exposure to FCS Board. He is an expert in the field of System Administration with focus on AIX and UNIX based systems.

He did his Engineering degree from Roorkee Engineering College, Roorkee.

With his professional career spanning over 28 years, has in-depth knowledge of the key areas of finance, legal, strategic planning, project planning and execution. His multi faced professional acumen has been recognized at a Global level, through his nomination in the 30th edition of "Marquis Who’s who in Finance and Industry" a USA based publication.

During his illustrious career he has held key positions with large corporate houses like the Oswal Group, Bhilwara Group, Polar Group, Jumbo Global Ltd. and DCM Group. His specialization is in turnaround and restructuring, with his last assignment being associated with the Madhya Pradesh Government as a nominee of MP Govt, Indian Financial Institutions and the State Bank Group. He is holding directorship in various companies including Vishesh Infotecnics Ltd.

He is a Science Graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
