NEW DELHI: FCS Software solutions Limited on Tuesday launched 'Impakt', a new Learning Management System (LMS) that the company claims is best suited for the needs of Indian companies.

The package enables an organization to customize the training needs of its employees and steer them towards a better understanding of process, technology, product knowledge and performance parameters, a FCS release said here.
