Reflections, the in-house newsletter of FCS, is a comprehensive and consolidated mode to cultivate internal communication, strengthen the close-knit culture of the FCS family, and connect all FCS'ians regardless of their respective departments and locations.

A great 'deep philosopher' named Norman Vincent Peale defines the word 'Reflection' as "One of the greatest moments in anybody's developing experience is when he no longer tries to hide from himself but determines to get acquainted with himself as he really is."

Similarly, Reflections also offer a platform to learn and share knowledge with each other. It manifests the diversity of talents, technical and interpersonal skills, creativity, thoughts and expertise, united to present strong and immortal values of FCS; and make all employees proud of being an FCS'ian.
